Eight Filmmakers and a Butterfly

"Eight Filmmakers and a Butterfly" questions the look of eight directors from France on their places of life and origin: Marseille, Reunion and New Caledonia. Then in Guadeloupe, where they are invited to make eight short films as part of a residency. If the passion of the cinema, the diversity of the experiences arouse a captivating meeting of the imaginary, if the powerful force of evocation of the island "Butterfly" plays an important role in each scenario, no one had predicted to what extent the real Antillean was going to invite himself in creation.
